Consulting
intelliHOME attaches great importance to a profound needs analysis, which is based on the actual benefits for the user in the everyday operation of the building. Based on discussions with future residents and users, intelliHOME develops an operating and usage concept.
Planning
The intelliHOME planning team creates a meaningful specification sheet, a technical room book as well as all necessary plans, diagrams and interface documents. In addition, intelliHOME develops a graphical user interface design tailored to your individual wishes.
Project Management
The intelliHOME project managers take over the construction management of the devices to be delivered by intelliHOME. You lead specialist planning meetings and coordinate the project partners and trade suppliers. During the entire integration process, the intelliHOME project management is in close contact with the architecture and client in order to be able to respond flexibly to subsequent requests.
Integration
While the on-site installations take place, the intelliHOME system engineers assemble and wire the media racks in the studio and program all system functions. After factory acceptance, the racks are transported to site, where final installation and programming as well as commissioning of the system take place.
